don't get ripped off ,...by budget,..

I reserved a car to rent at budget rent a car back in dec 2013.  It was intended for a week but when I got to the rental counter I was told that the car wasn't available and I had no choice but to get another one (had to go to work) but I told the clerk or I should say jerk.  that I would bring the car back which I did 3 days later ,  and I was promised a refund  which I never got.  I had to cancel my trip .  Budget rent a car has 430 complaints in 'google rip off'  including an exemployee who warns the public about their unscrupulous tactics and there is a you tube video as well .  Don't fall for their deceitful business manipulations,...
