I disputed this to my credit card company, but OTL provided documentation showing that I did owe this and they billed it back to me.  I only agreed to pay the $1.00 for an initial trial, but now I am charged with $40.00.  I have call them 3 times and 2 times I was hung up on and the other time I could not understand a thing the lady said.  I want this canceled and my money refunded.  Can anyone help?

    It's a cramming scam..
You may have signed up for the initial trial, but you attempted to cancel.  Doesn't matter what "documentation" the sleazy merchant provides, when they won't document that you cancelled.  That's how cramming scams work.  They use some teaser offer to get your account information, then put barriers in the way of actually cancelling, to stretch out taking money as long as possible.

If you cancelled within the trial period, or attempted to but their system prevented you from doing so, treat it as fraud.  File a written fraud dispute through your bank, documenting that, mailed certified to the dispute address from your statement.  Then file a fraud complaint with your state Attorney General.
