Very Poor Service & ran by negligent manager

On 6/16/15, I visited the Turlock store for what should of been a quick return transaction. There was not a soul in the return or purchasing lines. I waited patiently (the only customer) and noticed 3 different cashier employees carrying on with other tasks while I stood patiently waiting to be called on. The returns cashier (Kimberly) proceeded to tag & security tag several garments. After 5 mins I asked her if someone would help me, her response was "she'll help you" as she pointed to another cashier who was chatting with another employee. Meanwhile, a rush of of customers filled the purchasing line. That cashier, who I was told would help me, motioned to the other line as she said "next  purchase please". At this point I became very frustrated as the 3rd cashier also began ringing up other customers while the return desk cashier continued tagging clothing and ignoring me. When cashier #2 was done, she motioned to me. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak to a manager. Three managers were called but none responded. The cashier nabbed one that was walking by. Celeste was her name and she showed no empathy for my situation nor interest in addressing the issue. When she walked away, the cashier apologized to me and said "unfortunately that's how she is". For that, I tell the Corporate Ross shame on you for employing inconsiderate employees and to me represents how you really feel about your customers. I won't be shopping anymore. TJ Maxx is right next door and Target across the way. I'll spend my money where quality service is provided!!!
