BEWARE they trick you into a VERY expensive and crappy product

They offer a free sample with just shipping cost and $4.95 for a second product and NO WHERE does it say you are then  on a monthly agreement and are going to pay $99.15 for one and $86.15 for the second product.  I called and got a complete run around and was told they dont offer refunds but she could cancel my "membership" from future shipments but I was still responsible for the $9915 and $86.15.  I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on so I called back and this time I simply told them I was reporting them to the BBB and disputing the charge with my bank.  They then said they would refund me.  Waiting now to see if the credit indeed comes.  This product also is HORRIBLE.

    It's a cramming scam..
    Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
