Request for terminating services for Airtel postpaid connection 9632781980 not fulfilled

Hi,
I had given a termination request for my Airtel postpaid no. 9632781980 on 28 Feb. 2015, for same day. Yet the number is working, no action has been taken by AIRTEL. I request AIRTEL to do the same. I do not want a reply asking for sending a mail to some new ID, I have already made the request through online account.
