I have not been able to go back to visit my family in Guyana for 4 years do to an illness. I finally have enough strength to go and booked my ticket through cheapoair. When I found a reasonable ticket when i went to check out the price changed. I purchased anyway, only to be contacted 2x with airline changes. Now a few weeks before I am scheduled to travel, I have been trying to get hold of cheapoair because i can not accept the latest change, but I have been on hold fro several hours every day for the last week. No one ever comes to the line :( I will not be using this site again. I am very disappointed!!!
