poor product

We purchased the spring air back supporter mattress and box springs in the middle of May,2010. It is now the beginning of August,2010. We purchased this from Mattress Inn in Spring Hill,TN. I called them today to complain that our mattress was sagging and was told that in order for them to send someone out to LOOK at the problem I had to pay them $65! That is not service after the sale like they explained to me when I was thinking of purchasing the mattress!He also told me that body impressions are NORMAL??!!! They also told me to read the warranty that it has to sag 1.5 inches before they can do anything. I was never shown the warranty until the mattress was delivered. Had I known all this before I would never have purchased this. And Mattress Inn can kiss my business goodbye. I will never recommend them to anyone or their products!!!!!!!!! Buyers beware!!!!
