I ordered a supply of Hydroxatone. My debit card was debited for the order. I did not recieve the product, so I called the company. I was told that I should check with the post office. They found no product there. I called the company to complain and to cancel any further orders. I was told that the only way to cancel the delivery of further shipments was to pay for the next month's shipment at that time. I paid the payment for the next month shipment and was told that I would not recieve any further debits to my account after that.
I never recieved any product from the second month payment either. I am essentially out of about $190.00 and no product ever recieved!! Since finding this site I feel better that I can at least warn others before they make the same mistakes. I also appreciate that you all give great advice on how to deal with these problems. Thanks!

Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
Do NOT trust any cancellation or refund promises, as such scams will say anything to delay you past the 60 day FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute periods during which your bank can just yank back their stolen money. Dispute with your bank, and follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
Do NOT use checking accounts, debit cards, or check cards for any payments to anyone you do not know and trust. Limit their use to payments to trusted creditors such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc. Use only credit cards for retail or online payments, as the fraud protections are stronger and it is less disruptive to block credit card numbers when fraud occurs.

In Australia, one cannont actually cancel one's credit card! Any people who have your number can continue charging to it in adfinitum. The only resourse is to go direct to your credit card people, and report the scam, and they will assist on getting the cash refund from their account and then if they get the money back all is well,. If not then you will have to pay back the credit card people for what they have put into your account to replace the scam. They forward it all to the Merchant Bank which looks into it then. So my advice is, go direct to the credit card people, no where else, return immediately anything you recieve as not authorised, unwanted by recipient, unsolicited mail, make sure you keep the reciept for returning it as evidence that you have returned it, and keep track of everything you do.. Send an email telling them to cancel your subscription immediately, and keep a copy. Also phone them and do the same, and keep a record of the phone call, time, date, results etc. . Even though they might not answer, you have the record that you have complied, adn unsubscribed., After that they are most definitely up for recourse! Even if need be go to the Police about the matter, and get their fraud squad on to it, as it is fradulent, false advertising, and obtaining un authorised money from you, which is theft.
Always be careful of anything on the web which has a trial period for only the postage. All the best, but it will take a while to sort your affairs out, and the stress will be great, but hang in there and keep going. We will beat them yet!
Go check everything they claim on google before even thinking about it. And KEEP RECORDS OF ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!

If you are thorough and call ALOT they cant get you.
The best is that even in the end when i called to confirm that they received the product back they tried to get me to confirm to another offer that would charge my card!
All in all you are out the shipping and handling cost. Much better than the hundreds other seem to have lost.
