Unrequested Service-"Full Track Subscription" is Active- Disable It Immediately

I received an SMS from AD-54321 on 14th July 2011 at 07:07:54pm, saying "You have been renewed for Full Track subscription service from Airtel.You've been charged Rs.5.latest games http://gclub.in browsing @ 30p/20 kb....."
I have never requested for any added service. I also have been charged for unsolicited services earlier I have never requested.
Please Deactivate it Immediately.

Airtel is now worst, looks like they are stealing the people money this way.
I'm having the same issue.
few times back, they deactivate my card automatically without any indication, and i lost all my credit and most importantly my number.
I called to service center many times . Now started getting this fast track service activated .
I called customer service again . They said they have deactivated the service now and I will get the message . Then I received message "Full track could not be unsucribed Please try later"
What a useless customer service .
Why can't they activate any sevice only when they receive actual SMS .
Can anybody suggest where should I make a complaint

I tried to unsubscribe, but some error kept popping up.
I had to ask customer care to deactivate it.
He said there is no way i can recover the lost balance even though
i didn't activate this service.
