on two different occcasions 0n 7,15,2011 I recieved to phone calls from my nephew. I never did talk to him either time and was not on the phone not even a minute and I was billed almost $30.00.I will not pay for something that I did not even use the service for, it is not fair and I am not even employed at this time .

    If you weren't notified of and didn't agree to a collect call, then you aren't responsible for the charges.

    If the calls were billed to your phone account, dispute the charges through your phone company.  If they are sending you bills, contact your state Attorney General to file a fraudulent billing complaint.
