I went and purchase two first class tickets and I told the agent I want a refundable ticket he gave a senior ticket which was good cause I am a senior put insurance on top of that well, we have a buiness and one of our drivers quit. so now my husband can't go so I called to cancel the his flight and no refund. Ask if I extended my flight to a number of days I was told 300. dollars called again and it went up to 846. dollars first class now I down graded to couch and it was half of that. I am a senior citzen, and a vet. If this is how you treat your customers I will never go through you again. I am writting a letter to the Better Business B. and reporting you and your miss information to yur customers. Shame on you for treating your customers this way. Maybe if enough people report yu to this company you will stop lieing to your customers and stand by your comments. When I told this lower price to the agent she made me feel like I was lying or making it up, all becuase the other agent didn't post this price on the screen. Linda Mills
