This company is nothing but a bunch of theives.  All they do is take your money and their product that they claim is so great....isn't.  You cannot find any kind of deals on their website and they don't help you when you call either.  I tried to cancel, however their only response is that I am outside of my 3 day window to cancel.

    You cannot depend on anyone running a scam to voluntarily give you your money back, since they set out to take it.

    If they have defrauded you by not delivering what they advertised, dispute the charges as fraudulent through your bank or credit card company.  If you file a timely dispute, your bank or credit card company may be able to reverse the charges.  

    If they have your account information allowing them to make additional charges, be sure to block your card number or close your account to prevent additional fraud.

    I purchased from this company as a single female.  Everytime I try to use the website or when I call - I don't receive any help. The first time I called was for a 3 day trip over labor day weekend.  They couldn't give me what I was requesting.  I was told that the best deals were on week stays.  So I request a week in the middle of September.  I found a better price online myself than they could get.  How is this a better deal?  I requested a call back so that I could cancel and no one has returned all 6 of my messages.  This company is a fake! They promise you all these great deals but when it comes down to the bottom line they are not able to deliver.  Someeone said a class action lawsuit should be filed against these crooks!

    I have also purchased through this company.  No one there answer's the phones and no one responds to my emails.  The website is ridicculous and I can't get any help trying to book a reservation.  They were all over me when they wanted our money but now it is like I don't even exist.  I have tried to cancel but all I get are excuses and promises of a tutorial that never happens.  This company is a joke and I want my money back!

    World Vacation Brokers charged our credit card a second time for over 5k.  They claim they didn't have a record of already charging me initally.  Really?  Do you think a company who was trying to sell you something would let you leave without paying?  When I tried to get this straightened out, it took days and too much run around stories.  I think they needed the money so they just chose to charge people's credit cards so they would have money and couldn't refund it because they didn't have any money to refund.  This company needs to have  a class action lawsuit filed against them.  I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.

    These people are nothing but another vacation scam.  Their website is bogus and they have to always go outside to get what they said you can find on the site.  Not true.  Don't be fooled by the likes of them.  Just use your own internet knowledge or even AAA.  They need to be renamed to World Vacation Broke since they are going to go out of business.

    I too as so many of the above listed have stated have been taken. For those out there who monitor this site I agree we need to do a class action law suit. Im going to talk to my lawyer this evening.

      I agree. This company is a joke. I am in total agreement thatan action lawsuit should be filed against them.

    I agree with everything stated and would participate in a class action suit.  My husband and I invested several thousand dollars and can't find any trip we want to take in our timeframe.  They've owed us $300 since last August which they've promised several times, when we could get someone to call us back, but we've yet to see that refund. AND they charged our credit card the annual memership fee last month!! Crooks!  We want our money back!  I'm certainly scared to book anything through them!

    This company is the biggest joke. Nothing they said or promised turned out to be true. NOTHING!!!!

    I think we all need to get together and go after them. I am contacting a lawyer and see what our options are.
