Outstanding Loan- Legal Action

I am receiving the same message but from an attorney named "Sarah Gary" from the Gilbert Law Group LLC (when I Google them they are a real estate law office out of SC).  Apparently I owe $840.65 and have violated several laws etc. etc.  The last email from them they asked for payment in the form of gift cards, this is getting ridiculous.
