OMG!!! Its 1 of the most terrible experiences ever..
When I signed up for the trainer sessions, they said why dont you take up for a year and get it at 40$ an hour and you can block or cancel at any point you want.
So I said, I might for sore not be with trainer for a year, I just want it for 2 -3 months. They said you can cancel it, absolutely no worries.
When I was signing the paper I asked them to strike off the point which says 50% of the remaining fee to be paid if leaving earlier.
They did.
Then the trainer schedules the appointment when he wants it and I am not able to make it a lot of times.
Now, I called for cancellation and they say that there was another agreement in which it was there that 50% is a must.
I got pissed off.. But I wanted to escape of this.
I sent a mail to Irine also, but no response.
Then I asked my trainer and he told me u better cancell that card and stop coming to gym.. Thats it...
I didnt want that as well, because they can screw me up any time later...
I requested the manager there and did a lil bit of acting saying I absolutely dont have money and I am a contractor and I am in bad situation, please help and all that.
So he decided to help me and put a request for my cancellation.

I dont know which 1 worked, Irine mail or the manager request, my membership for cancelled.

    Lock broken
    Oh, I forgot to mention, my lock was also broken in the gym and just the money was stolen, Thanks to god, I had my new s3 mobile, office laptop my cards everything in that locker..
