     I have receive a message on my mob phone from message center no.congrats dated 3 may 2012. The message was that your mobile nnumber has won you GPB500,000 in 2012 coca cola international mobile draw, to claim send your name and,address&mobile number  to cdrawad@live.com. So I wants your conformation about this message is it true or a fake. please confirm this

    q mobile is one of bukwas all the staff of ur head office bukwas and nonsence i have bought q mobile a9  14mar and after 4days 18 mar q mobile who is one of bukwas mobileis softwere problum and i visit ur q mobile customer care center rawalpindi saddar and my mob send to lahore and i receive 26 mar and telling me ur mob is ok when i reach my home and i check my mob and my still out of order what is this listen all q mobile staff and owner shame for you q mobile company is a theft

    I Bought Q Mobile E880+ and E60 Both the Sets having manifuctering faults. I Visited Q mobile Customer Service Cetre and depostite the sets one by one. The sets were despatched to Lahore after one week of purchased  but after 2 rounds from Lahore  both the sets are having same faults. If there is any responsible officer, please look into the matter. My both the Mobiles needs to be replaced. These sets have been used for only one week.

    I purchased Q Mobile A-10 in April 2013 from shaikupura. just after passing three months a big black spot appeared on its Screen when i contacted that shopkeeper to whom i Purchases this set he refused to submit the warranty claim and said that company do not claim the LCD. Its my humbly request that the major and important part of this mobile is LCD if the company do not gave the warranty of this part then the company has no right to say itself a leading mobile company and please do not make the public fool.

    mene aproximatly 50 or 60 days pehle Q A50 phone  purchase kiya tha 15 ya 20 di use karne k baad uski screen plain white ho gai mene phon hyd chandni market branch men claim k liye diya ab ek month se service center wale ek month se chakr lagwa rahe hen abhi tak unko foult smajh nhn araha kbhi ke rahe hen LCD ka problrm he jo claim nh hogi uski charges lagengi jab 15 din baad phir gae to kehte hen board ka masala he kci phon bhejen ab wahan kitne din lagen ge hamen nhn pata ...esi third class service or staff ka behaviour mene kisi company ka nhn dekha ...plzz take action on these types of  problems. mene to ab tba karli Q ka koi bhi phon lene se or na hi kise frien ko lene ki salah deta hun..

    Aoa ma nay Q Mobile A-50 13 August ko Saddar say leya tha or sirf 02 din ka bad us may software ka problem a gaya tha. Ma us ka warranty card lay kar Saddar may complain off Ghaghar ka pass wale office may gaya. Or muj ko bole ka ap ka mobile Lahore theek hona jaye ga. Or computer slip par wapsi ki date 27.08.2013 daley gaye thi. Lakein ap tak mujhe mobile nay mila har par office chakar lagana par 02, 03 din ka or intazar karnay ka kayete ha.
    Q Mobile ki add tu bohat ati ha lakein ap ka staff bohat misbehave or non cooperative ha. Please apni services ko bahtar kare ya phir company ko bad kar diye.
    Kisi ka pass etna faltu time nahi ha ka wo bar bar ap ka offices ka chakar lagat raye. Es bat Q Mobile ki administration ko ghor karna paray ga.

    I have purchased Q mobile A-10 and the mobile is warranty period but the battery of the phone is causing problem. always I charge the bty 2-3 times a day.I feel that the bty condition is bad. I want to replace the bty in warranty period if it is possible.

    phone mic is OK handfree mic is OK.Tell me solution.

    i was purchase q mobile A120 a very next day i seen my mobile screen has been white i didn't see now display to show . then i go to saddar q mobile customer care centre . customer care officer said we shall change your set with in 10 days ,last due date was 8-june-2014
    .i was talk to mr faisal branch manager in saddar . he told me we shall give u your handset with in 4 to 5 days . but still i m to disappointed from q mobile & I m giving u advice do not purchase q mobile . because q mobile customer care centres are not for public care they just sit in ther cool office for fun i think . q.mobile service is toooooo much slake.
    still when i was go on monday 09-06-2014 customer care officer said that sorry sir we some problem we will give your (tap) mobile on thursday 12-06-2014 . i will never purchase ever q.mobile black listed for all innocent people of pakistan . if u have an problem so why you selling your mobile . you should shutter down your cheep company .
