Lost and Damaged many precious items while transferring

Hi Team,
I want to register a complain against the mover and packer company below are the details for the same:

Reason:Recently me and my husband got shifted to mumbai.For this purpose we wanted packers and movers so we searched for agarwal packers and movers through internet,
This company which is fake made almost identical site as that of original agarwal,we queried on google for agarwal packer mover and hence we got the call from the guy named 'Rahul agarwal' he told that he is the original agarwal upon are asking and took appointment to meet us and he gave us the estimate of 30000(inculding car), at that time he didn tell us the hidden taxes and all.At the day of packing they promised to reach at 9:30 but came at around 1 pm and in between also they were missing for few hours saying we need more cartoons we waited for almost hours idle waiting for them, finally they wrapped up everything at 10:30pm.
As we did not took home so we asked to put all stuff in thier storage for 1 month which finally got extended to 15 more days(total:1 month and 15 days) for which they charged 8000 rs extra,Also they demanded for whole money which came aproox 42000(without car, inculding taxes(octria)) and lot of argument they finally agreed for 28000 and remaining amount to be taken once they will dispatch the whole stuff from gurgoan to mumbai, which we gave to him on the day of departure.
Before our stuff got dispatched I asked him to collect 3 more cartoon from my brother house,he said ok but didn come for 3 days and finally said we have dispatched everything and left for mumbai and the remaining stuff we will send in next to next day, we said ok.Now the real problem started here, the first part we received here on mumbai by some other mover and packer and not the agarwal which we hired(we came to know after talking to the people who took our stuff) they did not eve unpack our stuff and when we checked our stuff we found our one TV table was missing and on top of that all the wooden furniture were totally chipped off, full of scratches and one of the crockery was broken and also our new maitress were had big holes by mouse.
On calling Rahul agarawal and telling him that we want insurance of our stuff which we have claimed to be 1 lakh, on hearing this he said ok i will look into it.
But he never called back and whenever we call him after that he use to say I have send it to the insurance company and you will get it soon, we waited for 1 week but nothing seems to be happen so we called him again and we asked for forwarding the mail to us which he has send, on listening this he said "Mujhay kyun pareshan kar rahy ho(In very offensive and harsh langaue)" and he threanted us that if you want mail then I challenge you that you wont get the single penny from us and the remaining stuff.His word-"Jo ukhandana hai ukhad lo, tumahara insurance nhi milega" and he finally cut the phone.
Now we were not sure what exactly is happening, meanwhile we were waitng for our remaining 3 cartoon, and when we asked about it he said we will send soon, he never tell us when he will send, on making making follow up calls that when we will get our remaing stuff, he always says day after tommorrow, this takes around more than 2 weeks, every time we call, he offend us and didn tell that he didn send infact for 1 week he misguided that we have send you will get it by 2 days, we kept waiting and our stuff never came(its not about when i will get its about he was not giving us the correct information), so I completly lost hope that we will get our stuff back, neither we were sure to get the insurance.So my brother who is staying at gurgoan decided to go to his gurgoan office.To his surprise, no company was there and on calling them, he said our office is in noida and as of now we are not available.So they gave us the FAKE address.
Finally after lot of mental torture and manay followups we received our remaing stuff we called him about our missing TV table and insurance claim he said he will send some guy for inspection(means till date he lied us that he has already send for claim), we didn have any option so we said ok as we were completly helpless,our whole new furniture was broken and we dealed with this FAKE agarwal company also got soo much of menta torture and humilation, we decided to raise our voice and consumer forum came to my mind.You are the last hope for us, please help us to get the insurance and the compensatation of our lost stuff and for killing our time n followups and for humilation we received even though we have given the big amount to them.
