Legal action

I keep getting phone calls from a Brian Walker @# (717) 484-8147.  He is threatening me with legal action stating there are charges against my name and social security number.  States if I do not return his calls there will be legal action against my name and he is notifying New York State.  One time when I called back, he swore at me.  Tried to call the number and it states it is a non working number.  I do have legal advise from my attorney.  He is speaking with a very heavy Indian accent.  Can hardly understand him.
