White residue on dark clothing

We bought this machine just over 3 years ago, and every week I scream when my scubs and our daughters work pants come out with nasty white residue all over them! I have to wipe all of them down by hand with a wet wash cloth. On top of that it does not drain, or spin completely one load of wash at least each wash day. This machine has been a nightmare and I wish we never made this purchase! I have done everything imaginable to prevent the nasty white residue with no avail. Sadly we are not in the position to replace, just wishing I would have taken it back shortly after purchase. Not to mention how horribly loud and terribly long it runs! 😕
