Hi, I would like to submit a complaint about this employee and SSS itself. I filed my Mat2 originally last Dec27, due to wrong encoding it was denied. I corrected the documents and it was refiled Jan. 9, 2017. Maam Claret filed it for me, during the first and the second filing. She advised me to wait 2 for 2 weeks. That's it. Jan. 20 I checked my SSS Online and it says SETTLED( REMITTED) went to the nearest Atm Terminal and sadly there was no amount inside. So I went to SSS Main office Jan.23 (Monday) to verify. Texted their mobile number, sent multiple emails but there was no reply even a single word. So the one who assisted me was from the Loans lane (male) forgot to ask his name, he advised me to wait for another 5-7 working days since they already sent the cheque to my bank. I asked regarding about the 2 weeks waiting time. He said it was just for the processing time alone. So I extended my patience. Now it's the 8th working day and again there's no money inside my Atm. Called SSS but numbers alwayd busy, sent email no response still. Gladly we have someone whos working in SSS Robinson Galleria. Now again he advised to wait for 15 working days from settled date (Jan.20). Days passed til the 15th working day but again, there's 0.00 inside my Atm, decided to call 8888 because email and phone numbers are useless. Specially the inconsistent waiting time period. Pls fix this.
