I have just realised that they have been charging me 16 - 20 USD monthly, since 19th March 2008. I have not subscribed to any such company for any services. I would like to know how to get my money back.

    Immediately call your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent and close the account to prevent future fraudulent charges.

    File complaints with FTC, your state AG, the Minnesota AG, and the South Carolina AG.

    The company behind this is "Provell", claiming to run a variety of "membership clubs".  Their MN BBB report show that other consumers have made similar complaints, and that they appear to respond to BBB disputes.  Their SC BBB report show they use the name "WC*Value Plus membership services".  (An additional company, "SMI Sales", shows up in GA under "WC Value".  Not clear what their relationship is, but they are rated "Unsatisfactory" by BBB.)

    Both of their BBB reports show "No Rating", which for a company that has been around a while usually means BBB is in the process of updating the report.
