Endless Youth vitamins from Vitapower

I saw the infomercial for Sheer coverage, this is the 1stx I have ever purchased anything without it being right in front of me... as I ordered it, I was told that I could try a 60 day trial period of the Endless youth vitamins for 3.99 plus shipping cost.
I received my Sheer coverage & tried it I had an allergic reaction..(now I am very sensitive so maybe it works for some but not me) I told the rep I was very sensitive & asked if it has ANYTHING in it that could cause me to have a bad reaction, he assured me it was all natural. I found out it has a filler I am allergic to called bismuth oxide the stuff in pepto Bismal!
I sent the kit back. Sheer cov. had already made 1 charge on my account on 1/8/08 of $36.65. On 1/12/08, I called to cancel & inform them I was still charged even though I sent it back, the rep stated that I was NOT charged but refunded the $36.65 but my bank said no it is a charge not a refund. I called Sheer back again, the rep said well, I see that you were refunded $72.78 on 1/11/08, I checked today 1/15/08, still no refund yet & the $36 charge is still on there.
As for the Endless Youth vitamins the rep said I would only pay $3.99+ shipping for a 60day trial, my account was charged $3.99+ shipping in dec'07 & $63.89 on 1/10/08 for 2 more packs of vitamins! 1/12/08 I called to cancel them & get my refund.
I was told that the 2 packs were sent 1/11/08 & they will refund my account less the shipping cost when they product is returned. The rep also advised me to return it with a tracking # just to be safe...I told the rep I will be getting confirmation they received it. The rep said it could take up to 8 WEEKS! to process & receive my refund. Now I just have to hurry uo & wait.
My advise to all who are going thru this...call & cancel on the phone, then send an email to cancel, send a written letter to cancel, report it to your bank, police, stop payments, & MAKE SURE YOU TAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING and PAY EXTRA FOR CONFIRMATION if you are returning the product this will give you proof that they got their product back, since you have to pay for shipping anyways, you may as well do it right.
