NOT ACTIVATING INTERNET SERVICE

I have recharged with 395/-Airtel internet card on no.9784913828 on 16th Mar till the time I am writing this complain my phone doesn't activated internet. I am calling and sending SMS on 121, 9829012345 and 9829512345 no body is attending call and complain. This is not fair about Airtel service from next month I am going to change my SIM.
