Ordered New-Got USED and DEFECTIVE

I ordered a coffeemaker from this company on 4/26/08, received shipment 5/8/08. They not only sent me the wrong model, it was DEFECTIVE AND HAD BEEN RETURNED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! How do I know this?? THE DUMMIES INCLUDED ALL OF THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS PAPERWORK IN THE BOX!!!, along with his coffee stains. I emailed them and got an automated response saying they would send a return authorization number in 7-10 days (basically if they felt like it, was the wording), would charge me 15% restocking fee and it would take two months to process the refund.
I IMPLORE YOU - SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEF AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Had I taken the time to read all of the complaints about this company I never would have ordered from them. I have had nothing but positive experiences from ordering online until I came across this company- I guess I needed a lesson in reality. Lucky for me I have Paypal to fall back on for help.
