I don't remember ordering this, they took $59.95 right out of my bank acct., I don't want this and also it has to stop I cannot have this much taken out for something I didnot order, don't want, please help me I live on SSI so I don't have much to live on. Yes I use my computer on the internet, however I could have hit a wrong key but I assure you I didnot order this, PLEASE, PLEASE help me.   Kathy Box   kbox@gci.net   (907)500-9901

    Contact your bank immediately to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and cancel that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address on your statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

    I've been reading these comlaints for about 2 weeks now and every story is very similiar to mine. I was able to find the phone number to this fake "call center". I've had plenty of experience working in them therefore I know some of the legalities, the do's and don'ts of a call center, so when I called I had several questions to ask. I never recieved a straight answer on anything! Every answer that I was given went right back to getting more money from me. The associates Victoria and Alena both became rude and even hung up on me after some questions. I was polite to them because I wanted some answers. Of course, they didn't get more money. I asked for a supervisor and I was told to call back in 5 min. The supervisor would then be available. I refused to wait. Finally after about 2 min the same lady came on disguising her voice and pretending to be someone else. Im not stupid! I tried calling back shortly after that and they answered calling me by my name. I have contacted the local police, attorney general, and the FBI along with other complaint boards. I'm still waiting on reponses. I also recommend all of you to contact whoever you can. Hopefully it will speed up this process of shutting down the fraudulent company. We deserve better than this. We are all tired of being screwed.
