I origanlly bought business cards from vista print in Jan 2007. constantanly asked my wife what this $14.95 charge was. It went on and on. I pay crdit card online, so I don't aleays look at hte individual charges closely. I finally did today, and cancelled this not wanted and not ordered membership immediately today 2/14/10. They have scammed me out of $547.25 over the last few years. 11 months 0f 2007@$14.95. 12mo of 2008 @$14.95 4 mo of 2009 @14,95 ,then raised fee to $17.95 effective May 09. Paid 17.95 for Jan 2010.
I want this money returned since at no time did I ever engage in business with passport2funplus (800-566-8489)

"Authorizations" for such "discount clubs" are often buried in fine print, past a link, or in some pop-up discount offer that appears to be from the original merchant. In some cases, consumers have reported unauthorized charges even after unchcking selection boxes, so the web interfaces may also be fraudulently constructed.
The Senate Commerce Committee has held hearings to investigate fraudulent charges by this (Vertrue/Adaptive Marketing) and similar companies. See Sen. Jay Rockefeller's website.
They and their merchant partners (with whom they split the fees) are also being investigated by the New York Attorney General.
In this case, the charges are for some "discount club" scam run by Vertrue. Apparently VistaPrint passed customer account information to them.
Most of these scams have been targetted at consumers, but Vista Print apparently services small businesses.
There may be a number of class action lawsuits in the works.

First dispute all of the charges through your bank, as fraudulent. You may find you can only get back about 60 days of charges that way, due to the dispute limits of FCBA. If so, dispute straight to VISA or MasterCard. Both have been feeling some heat recently for allowing similar fraudulent schemes to use their networks.
For whatever you cannot get returned, you could sue Vertrue under federal law, but federal SOL may limit what you can get through that path.
These companies are currently under a lot of scrutiny, due to the NY AG, and Senate investigations. Send demand letters to both VistaPrint and Vertrue, demanding that they return your money, since they took it through fraud and deception.
You might possibly get some back, since they may want to appear "legitimate" and "cooperative", but if not, contact the NY AG and Sen. Rockefeller's office, to let them know they are refusing to return your money.
