Never got offered refund due to the Hurricane Katrina while I was in Jamaica

I would like to know if there's any possible way for me to get a bit about your or refund I've yet to be able to get anything from them I was in Jamaica for two weeks and the Hurricane Katrina came American Airlines shut down off lot so I had to book a reservation with Delta it was the only one flying out and all I had was first class and I had to purchase two tickets I've contacted them numerous times and every time I can't get nothing resolved
