In the past several weeks I have been receiving calls, stating if I don't pay I would pay for the conquences. His name as he left was Ron Thomas.he also stated he was from the United Nations and I would be notfied in the next couple of days how you will serve your time. Be aware that they would be at my door after 5:00 pm est. Have my attorney call them not a 1-800 number. Gentleman has Foreign Accent states his name is Officer Johnson and he was not kidding, he always ends God Bless. Numbers are 661-270-6146,662-866-2073 and 201-408-7007. Please stop this person who thinks this is entertaining. It's not you idiot!!!!!

The above complaints match a common pattern of fraudulent "debt collection" phone extortion.  Often these rackets are run from overseas, in many cases India or Pakistan.  They keep changing numbers, so you may only find a few complaints against their numbers, whereas a legitimate debt collector will often have many complaints on 800notes, identifying them.

The only "consequences" to telling them to F*** off will be that they generally move on to some other sucker.  They are crooks, not "attorneys", "investigators", "officers", or anything legitimate.  The "debts" are FAKE.

If they said how they wanted the money sent, please report it.

    File complaints with the FBI.

I just got a phone call from this idiot.  It was Officer Wade <something_or_Other> was really hard to understand with all the talking in the back ground.  He was calling from the Federal Bureau Office about some fraud alligations.

I will do like I have done in the past, call them back and tell them to send me the original loan docs, stating the amount of the loan, when it was taken out and when payment was due, that until then they are to cease and desist calling my home, cell or work numbers, as they will be reported to the States Atty general for abusive and unlawful collection phone calls.

I have done this a couple times, and each time they will stop for about 6 months before they try again.

Call from Jim Parker, from Federal Bureau office. He is very hard to understand, don't think this is his real name.  Sounds like he is from a foreign country.  This happened awhile back and then stopped.  Seems like it has started again.  760-278-1372 is the call back number.....

I continually get calls from a Pakistani accented guy who goes by David Jones, sometimes Nevan Jones and sometimes Brandon Brown. He claims he is from the Federal Bureau of Legislation San Francisco and that he will be filing a subpoena for my arrest if I don't pay an unpaid loan.

They repeat my FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, my FULL BANK ACCOUNT number, my mother MAIDEN NAME, my parents and families addresses, etc.  They call my employers, family, friends etc. scaring them by saying they are going to arrest me.  They are a SCAM!

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but since they are not an accredited business, they can't do anything.

I reported my identify theft to the Federal Trade Commission (reference my complaint #31829711 as well) 877-438-4338.

I reported them to the three main credit bureaus

One of the numbers they call from is 760-278-1372.  I googled that phone number and found they are located in Blythe, CA.  I notifed the Blythe, CA police (Detective Cornwell @ 760-922-6111).  They also have called me from 877-273-3560 and 573-340-5662.  The phone provider these phone numbers belong to is Magic Jack which is a flash drive you can insert in any laptop and there is no way of tracing where they are.  They could be calling you from another country...no way to tell.

I am reporting them to my local police department and the two police departments will work together to try to catch them.

If you are a victim of this fraud, please contact:

    1. Notify the Blythe CA Police department (detective Cornwell) at 760-922-6111 AND your local police department

    2. Notify all 3 credit bureaus
    EXPERIAN https://www.experian.com/fraud/center.html
    EQUIFAX  https://www.alerts.equifax.com/AutoFraud_Online/jsp/fraudAlert.jsp
    TRANSUNION 1-800-680-7289

    3. Notify the Federal Trade Commission (my report # is 31829711 feel free to use my case # so they can join all the complaints together) https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en

    4. Notify your bank and any other bank or credit card providers

Take action and file complaints with all authorities so we can catch these guys!

After a little investigation on my own, I found a very interesting (and scarry) tidbit of information. It sounds like these people may have penetrated the Social Security Administrations database since they have such detailed and very personal information about us.

According to www.callwiki.com, the phone number 760-278-1372 belongs to a company called Broadwing Communications LLC http://investing.businessweek.com/research/st ... ivcapId=4207314
and they have an office in Texas and Calinfornia.  They provide telecom services to the GOVERNMENT. Yep, that's right, the GOVERNNMENT!  They must have penetrated into the Social Security Admins database.  They have our WHOLE social security numbers, they provide services to the Government and they are representing themselves as the "Government".....where do we go from here?
