Activation and Renewal of Games Mania Subscription Service with any request

I have been charged Rs 5 daily from Airtel for some Games Mania Subscription Service that I never requested to them from the last 2 months. I am getting a message from ‘AD54321’ daily about its renewal. I repeatedly registered complaints about this on Airtel Customer Care (198) about this but the issue is still not resolved. Even Airtel blocked me for its complaint center and now I am not able to raise my complaint. Please look into it and take appropriate action on it as soon as possible. My Airtel prepaid number is 9560127796.

    Airtel is the worst service provider in India. Without any activation of service from the customer side, they activate that service and charged for the same. To deactivate the service you have to call on their call center (for which they charge too!) and after calling they don't deactivate that service. This has happened with me for more than 4 to 5 times and they are not compensating for the charge levied on me for that service. I am fed up of calling the pathetic customer care service. And now my customer care is blocked. Am continously trying their customer care continuously but all in vain.
