We noticed in July, 2011 that a $24.95 monthly charge for sem funsource and a 24.95 charge for sem value plus were showing up on our credit card statement and had been since February. I never heard of these companies and had no idea how they could be charging us $50 a month for something we never authorized, for which we were getting no product, zero, for our money.  I called the number on the statement and they are like a clearing house that handles a lot of companies and they cancelled the membership which I never authorized and sent me a form to sign and return to them and maybe I will and, maybe not, get back my $303 they scammed out of me.  Buyer beware!  This happened because I bought Hydrolize over the phone.

It is useless to write to a scammer who intended to fleece you.

    Dispute directly through your bank.

File a written dispute or fraud affidavit against all unauthorized charges, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud.

File fraud complaints against both companies with FTC, your state AG, and at www.ic3.gov

It's sad that entities like these can defraud people in such a manner.  My father, an elderly man living on a a fixed income has been paying $50.00 a month by these scammers. I just so happened to see these charges on his statement and asked about them.  He didn't know what it was, hasn't bought anything, and did not complete a survery. Goodness knows how long he has been paying this!  Most of these posting are old, and to see that this is still going on 2 years later is frightening.
