Poor Service

I have been to this restaurant a few times.  It is just a standard breakfast shop.  I have heard great reviews and the place is always busy, so it has to be good, right?  No, service has been poor and the food is just avg.  It seems that people go to a place because they do not have other options, I do not get the excitement.
