Received a bill that I have sent a payment in, tried going on website Meredith.com/ bookpay, nothing will come up for this website, just want to know what I may or may not owe😆😆😆#306368077

    I keep receiving a bill acct # 301954616, I have returned to post office a while ago. also spoke with a rep which should be on file.. pls stop sending bills, post office has book .  Bob

    I keep getting a bill for the 20/20 SL annual recipes that i did not order.  its harassing and it needs to quit.  I do NOT owe this bill.  Please do not send me another bill.  I have enjoyed your mags and some of the recipe books in the past, but I am beginning to think that its been quite the mistake.  Becky Brammer

    invoice for my account number 300067576 says I can pay on line.  There doesn't seem to be a way to do that.  I have also called to cancel this involuntary subscription.  Do not send me any more publications that I have not expressly requested.

    I was trying to pay my bill but after reading the complaints I will withhold payment until it's clear to me that it will be applied to my bill

    Trying, unsuccessfully, to pay sales tax of $0.70 online per instructions for Account # 003071646.  The ordering form should have noted that sales tax was applicable.

    Trying to pay sales tax $0.62 online per instructions for account #00307298414.  As others have stated ordering form should have noted that sales tax was applicable.  I will not pay this until I can pay online.  Do not send me any more books and I will not order from you any more.  Cancel the above account number.

    TRIED TO PAY BILL OF $ .61 online.  Hard time so I decided to check on "complaints".  I should sent  a stamped envelope with check for that amount.  Or maybe a stamp instead.  This is stupid.

    Tried to pay online.  My virus protection says website contains "data that may be harmful to my computer".  You need to improve your website.  Now, I'll have to send a check instead of conveniently paying online.
