just thought I would add on to the posts. I just ordered the ring and then tried to cancel it, after reading the complaints. The answering service is a virtual voice. Apparently they can't find or recognize my zip code, phone number or the order number they provide to the customer. Office hours are from Monday-Friday 5am-5pm. Hmmmm! I'm going to follow through on this on Monday first thing! The invoice confirmation posted less than five minutes after I ordered via Internet. It says $56.96 and it says S&H. hasn't posted my account yet, I'm going to keep checking until Monday. Not getting a warm feeling from this :0(
