I saw their infomercial, fell for their line...received ONE package, but when I checked my account statement they had made two charges for $46.65 in one month! I immediately called them on January 29th and told them to cancel. I have since then received two more charges on my account for $46.65 on my account! I just got off the phone with one of their representatives who told me in no uncertain terms they would NOT return my $$$ as it has now been 90 days since I first received my package! I have just filled out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I WILL get justice!

Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the U.S. Postal Inspector.
