6 months and 9 days after getting Dish, they want to charge me $95 for a service charge?

I lost my HD channels, called Dish customer service, troubleshot for 30 minutes, couldn't figure it out, "we need to get a guy out there to look at it", it will cost you $95 plus whatever other things... "after that, we can get you on the $7 a month insurance policy.."  these people are corrupt and unscrupulous.  Time warner is more expensive, but they never tried these shenanigans on service calls.
