Got charge by google rainstar for RM 399.90. I didn't do such transaction.have reported to the bank . Will be contact google customer service regarding this. I want my money back!

Contact your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

Hi, i have the same fraudelant happened to me today 21 Mar 2017(evening). Google rainstar charge me myr199.90 for two transaction (total rm399.80)without my knowledge. Notified by sms. Who is this Google Rainstar? What they are up to?

Me too i got transactions with 1 time rp. 1.499.000 and 2 times rp 739.000!! What wrong with google i never use any credit card in any website

I got 3 times.. First 739. 000 idr second 739. 000 idr and third 15. 000 idr. Immediately i contact bank and report for this. I never bought and doing transaction like this. At first i got notifiied by sms then after i open my credit application i just realized there were three suspicious transaction.

Happened to me today. Received 5 sms from MBB for successful trx RM1600++ I rarely use this card.
The representative advice me to fill in the dispute form for refund. The acc & card has been blocked. How did this happened? I know nothing is safe, but obviously this guy able to bypass the trx without TAC / touch ID.
He/She definitely has my details. The bank also did not know how/who did this. What if my new acc/card occur the same event again? The bank keep giving you new card & cover the losses?
