CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT - FOREVER HOLD TO CANCEL

I received a three month supply of Natural Advantage today and called their Customer Service Dept. 877-435-7383 to cancel future shipments and to let them know I will be returning this shipment for a refund. I wasn't aware I signed up for continued shipments when I purchased the 30day kit - I didn't see the FINE print to CALL and cancel additional shipments.
Well, I was ok with calling until I tried to reach a live person - I called twice was on hold for ONE hour each time then disconnected. So, I called a third time and chose the option #1 to place an order and guess what, I got a live person but she couldn't help me because she only takes orders and I would need to chose option #2 to cancel my existing account. I told her I've been unable to reach anyone in Customer Service and asked for a supervisor or email address, which they don't have?!
So, I called a third time and was put on hold for another hour and disconnected again - I think I've been SCAMMED!!!!!!
