We have been charged 12.99 every month for at least 4 months. I called couldn't understand the service rep at all but I see this is happening to a lot of people.

    I am contacting authorities about this. I am retired on social security I can't afford this. I cancelled service but what about all the months before.

    It's a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    They're deceiving you when they only offer a month or so, or just cancel going forward, and you cannot count on any "cancellation" not getting "misplaced", so block the card or shut down the account.

    To get the rest back, contact your state Attorney General for assistance.  SOL on unauthorized bank charges is 1 year, so they should return ALL of your money.
