SETTLEMENT AMOUNT FOR TODAY OF 500.00

Your case file # NC/17-S454913  is handling by LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF National Credit Collections.

This is in reference to your Case File # NC/17-S454913  with National Credit Collections in order to notify you that after sending several emails we were not able to get hold of you. So the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press charges against you.

I also received the same exact letter but from a Rober Boston and it was exactly to the t but with another case number of course. What is scary to me is that theyalso put my last 4 digits of my social security number which means to me that they do have my social security number.  So this must be from a worker that use to work some place where he had access to peoples social security number and maybe not working there anymore, so now he tries to get easy money by scaring people into scamming them with fear.  But he put NO FEAR IN MY HEART BECAUSE I KNOW FOR SURE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Received this on 7/27/19. I X'ed out obvious info.

    Case file# :BG7102862E
    Name: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
    SSN  : *****XXXX
Case File Transferred to NCC INC.: November 2018

    Dear  Scott,
We are sending this to the further department for legal charges and will be sending you the court papers in the next few business days. Once the charges are filed you will not be able to do any negotiations or settlement on this account and the interest rate will keep on increasing on daily basis.

Once you have the court papers you will be required to sign them and send them back to our office location in Texas, if it is not done, we will assume it as an negligence on your part and send it to your local county sheriff's department for further investigation.

If you still feel you want to make it good or you have any queries for me, do revert back as we still think you would like to pay it off before it goes any further.
