abusing calls n msgs.

Respected Sir/Madam,

                               I am from Uttar Pradesh(East).......I am getting "Abusing Calls" from Aircel number
(9807529399) regularly.

I don't know what to do, I found this site suitable to complain.
Plz do take some action or suggest me what to do.
