We continually get calls from this phone number (213) 218-8111. This is a business. This is very annoying. Can't get them to stop. I am going to report them to the FCC.

I am also getting at least 7 calls a day from 213-533-8042 but when I answer there is normally no one there. So I called the number my-self and I can not reach any one. I was on hold for about 15 min. I did talk to one lady and I also got very pis_ed off at her. About 5 minutes later I got another call. I don't understand this. So I am now going to contact my local phone company to see what can be done. I did tell the lady I spoke with to stop the damn calls and I am still getting them. So I am going to see if I can file charges against there company. YES I AM PIS_ED OFF. I WAN THE CALLS TO STOP. DO YOU PEOPLE FROM GLOBAL REACH INT HERE ME. STOP THE Dam_ CALLS.
I think that if all of us call our local phone companies they mite be able to help us.

Hey sweetie I have been on the do not call list for years. But I still get the calls at least 8 time plus a day. My husband and I put our home and cell numbers on the lit two three times a year. The list means nothing. We have to file charges against them to get them to stop.

I am sorry but I disagree with you there. Yes people can block the number but did you know that there is a charge to do this? If you are on the no call list they are not supposed to call us. I know that companies will still call but as soon as you tell them not to call and they continue to do so you can file charges against the though your local phone company and there is now charge to do so.

I've received 4 calls so far today, on my cell phone, from the number 213-228-8111 and they started around 8:30 this morning. They never leave a message and since I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, I have no idea who this is or why they keep calling like this. I've used my house phone (so I can block my number from them) to call the number back and as I'm sitting here typing this, I've been on hold (with some really crappy "elevator" music) for more than 15 minutes... I'm guessing no one is ever going to answer. I'm on the national DO NOT CALL list for both my home and my cell- but this doesn't seem to stop them and without a company name, I have no idea how to stop these people. I can't afford to pay even a minimal fee to have their number blocked; we live on a disability income and my husband has been very ill. Any suggestions on how to deal with them?!?

And the beat goes on. Today, June 18, 2008, got TEN (10 !) calls from afternoon into the evening. I've submitted a formal FCC complaint and send them an email threatening suit. We'll see if that does any good.

suspicious from the start, so I didn't answer ever, but paid a $5dollar fee to intellius to find out who they were. never heard of them, but the call continually, still don't answer.

A foreign sounding lady called me from 213-228-8111. The caller ID said GlobalReach Int. She asked me if I wanted to get some free money from the government. I said "There's no such thing as free money!" and I hung up. They haven't called back

These people must be dumb as a sack of hammers. I seldom answer and when I do it's only to cut off the phone call. Do they eat stupid for breakfast or something? Don't they get it?

Try this: when they call have the radio or tv handy and hold the phone close to it, then turn up the volume as soon as someone is on the other end. It's worked for prank callers. Worth a try!!

I FOUND OUT THIS IS A GRANT PROGRAM OF SOME SORT. i HAVE BEEN CALLED AT THE LEAST , 25 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK, 10 TIMES AFTER I HAVE TOLD THEM NOT TO CALL ANTMORE.

Been tellin gthem I am not interested in their stupid grant. I can pay my own way. Take me off the list. I believe they are stupid and cant understand simple ENGLISH. Leave me alone!!! I am contacting FCC about this and that should alert them on these people if enough people call in. What part of NO are they having trouble understanding....

Who are these people anyway? Like you said; they call asking for my husband & they when I say that he's not here they hang up or they put me on hold. When i do hang up they call back & I say hello; they hang up. Talk about rude manners. This has been about the fourth time today. Like everyone else I'm not interested in anything they offer.

I just started to get calls from a number i dont know (213-228-8111) i havent answered but they call like theres no tomorrow or they want something very badly, almost make you go get the guns ready or somthing because these things scare people when you get off the hook calls. I dont know what they want because i havent answered but i googled the number and this site came up and here i am, anyone know who this is(the number)? Im from Austin, Texas just to put a location out there.
