poor quality

After 8 months ( bought in april 2009) these famous sofas began deteriorating- the leather is creasing, the foam has faded so much that you feel like sitting on the floor, the leather beneath is hanging to the floor.
we had them replace the foam but after a week it was even worse!
now they told us we had to pay if we want another stronger foam- thats what i call consumer service!
