I wentto see what my balance was in my checking account this am and found out that 29.95 had been taken from my account attomatic withdraw and said it was athorized by me,which I did not do.

    This company or whatever it is is going to give me back my money or there will be hell to pay.These people just ripped me off for thirty dollars,and the worst part is I'm on disability and have to pinch every last dime I have.

    Please discontinue the sending of this product, I no longer want it or need
    it, it is doing me of no service to use it. I am going to let them know at
    the bank to discontinue the payments ammediatly. Again please do not send
    anymore.

    These complaints both refer to charge cramming scams.

    With charge cramming scams, it seldom stops the fraudulent charges to dispute anything through the scammer.

    Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  You can dispute unauthorized charges under FRB Reg. E for checking account debit or EFT charges, or under FCBA for credit card charges.  If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them.
