annoying service at kfc pine street

Its quite annoying that on the last 4 occasions at the same kfc branch they never have food. You wait in a queue to get to the cashier , you place your order and then you get told there's either no chicken pieces or no crunch burger or they have 1 burger when we want two. It's very disappointing because its always the same issue and a lack of customer service.The store closes after 9 so how is it possible that they always having issues with running out of food. I can understand a once or twice ,but this is ridiculous.
