Thom Mcan loafers is falling apart

I have been purchasing Thom Mcan loafers for years. I usually wear the soles out, however this last pair, the outer leather is peeling off. Worse pair ever. Workmanship has gone way down. Will never buy them again. Not worth the $24.99 price.
