Extremely rude

Almost every person in there office is rude. If you owe money they will call three times a day from different numbers. If you try and cancel they give you the run around and talk down to you. I have heard that they are cheaper than other companies but they are not worth the trouble. All of my dealings have been with an office in Nevada
