I got a pop error saying my comuter had a virus & to call 855-606-5874 which supposedly was Microsoft.  Got a guy with thick accent who told me I had thousands of virus errors after I stupidly let him have access to my computer.  He tried to transfer me to a person who could fix for $279.00 or I could to take it to EBIZ.  I refused & finally hung up after telling him no several times.

I did the same but while they were in there they got all the info. needed, locked me out of my own computer.  Had to pay have the lock lifted but it was too late. I called the Fraud Dept. at my Bank and Credit cards.  My bank had already emptied my checking accounts. I did some
checking on my own and was able to help the Fraud Dept. to retrieve my  .   The day after I got my computer back from being swept the same
people done it again  without me giving access. They were not successful this time but  once my accts were frozen for another 3 months
and I had to have new acct.#s.I  would swear sometimes their still in my computer cause I still don't have control off very much.  I know how you feel.

They are driving me crazy with their persistent phone calls that appear on my cell phone as "Unknown."  They call all day long and into the night.  Of course, I answer the phone eventually because I can't stand it.  Nothing I do discourages them.  Yes, the person who is calling has a thick accent.  I wish I could block their calls.

I currently have a pop up telling me I have a virus.
Ring 1800431228 or computer will be shut down.
The first thing they wanted was access to my computer
I rang, after being put through to a supervisor, was told it was premium technical support.
    What should I do?
