I placed my order on line November 14, 2009. Same day order No 1265 was confirmed by email, and my credit card charged $119.91.
Since then my order status is showing as "Processing". Emails and phone calls are not answered.
The manufacturer tells me there is no reason for their product to be back-ordered.
Speedy Health Supplements states a $75 fee will be charged to "research" refund requests!

Comments
If they charged your card back in mid-November, you haven't received any shipment yet, and they fail to respond to any attempt to reach them, then dispute the charge through your credit card company due to their failure to ship. You are not requesting a "refund", you are disputing a charge for unshipped merchandise to do a charge-back.
Their "$75 research fee" is just another "red flag" indicating they are running another "health product" scam.
Also block that card number due to fraud, since "health product" scams often sets up automatic charges that run until you figure out that blocking the card is the only way to stop them.
After 2 weeks I sent a email inquiring on status. I receive an email reply from Mike, apologizing that 2 of the 3 products I ordered he will receive that coming Friday and one product is back ordered 2 weeks. I was tols he will split ship at no additional cost. 2 weeks passed and I received nothing.
I sent another email and received a reply from Mike. This note was not to get status but to request a complete refund within 24 hours. His reply to me was another delay story just the opposite from the 1st story. He even asked if wished to ship what he did have and wait on the other. I suggested he reread me email. I reiterated that I expected a complete refund of $112.85 within 24 hours. That was on Dec. 13, 09. No refund. So I go to the Credit Card Bank and file a fraud claim.
Report the operation to it's local authorities.
Mick Vincent is a scam.
A charge with no shipment for weeks, regardless of the excuse, is a red flag that you better protect yourself from fraud. You only have 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the charge to dispute it through your bank.
Daryl
You have 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to file a dispute with your bank, under FRB Reg. E (for debit cards and checking accounts), or FCBA (for credit cards).
It is safest to contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge, then follow up in writing to your bank's dispute address from your statement.
Do NOT let this dispute window pass, based on hope or promises, since up to 60 days, your bank can reverse the charges, but after that they are out of the picture.
