getgrantfunding had a offer for a free book just pay shipping & handling for $2.95 so I was giving credit card info then the screen changed suddenly like I was ordering a book so I stoped I didn't even finish, but they already had my card info. this was on 5/17/2011 I got in contact with them they refunded my money on 5/24/2011 then 2 months later they charged my credit card again for the same amount of $32.97 I have contacted them several times they hang up on me,or I can hardly understand them, then when I ask questions they get mad, when I called today 9/29/11 she said they wouldn't do refunds for july! Well I got the money back once so for them to wait two months and do it again is cleary a scam ! I am a disabled person and need my money. It's hard to belive thes people can just steal peoples money and get away with it.what are we supose to do?

This is a charge cramming scam.

Contact your bank or credit card company immediately to dispute the fraudulent transaction, and block the card number to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank.

Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit card or other EFT), or under FCBA (for credit cards).

Watch your next few statements carefully, to make sure they don't roll this "automatic charge" over to your new card number.

File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
