liars

I joined with them on a friend refer program one they didn't give me the plan I wanted plus now six months later after calling every month and them saying they would fix it.It will take six to eight weeks and you will see it on your bill it never showed up so I called again now six months later and they tell me I did it wrong and I don't recieve it so what ever you do not go to direc t.v. and when I had ordered the service when the service man got to my house he did not speak english and could not understand english I was moving into my fathers house who already had derec t.v. so I asked to just get another box and hook me to his the service man pointed to the paper and said I do this. couldn't even give me a answer.I should of known then that something was wrong with this company. This company is a scam they never give you the price you were suppose to get and then the refer a friend program they don't give you that either. so please think before you go with this company because they are a scam.Please look at other complaints people all say the same. I should of did my reseach before i signed with them. after my contract is over I will never use them again.
