back in 2010 i had ordered proactive because i was in the navy and i use to break out on deployments after my deployments were done i called to cancel since i no longer needed it. But for some reason 6 months later they started charging me again i called and told them i didnt order anything and to cancel it they told they will cancel it. Next month i received a bill again from proactive i called again to cancel and again they told me it was canceled but again next month the same thing happened i ended up calling 7 times and signed 2 claim reports and never once did i receive a reply. I had to change my bank account just to get them to stop billing me but what really gets me mad is that i never got one item from them for which i was being charged which was over 300. Instead they sent my bill to collections and now i get the run around about talking to someone who knows about my claim.
